Advertisements:

Free Version (with Advertisements):

1. Advertisement Placement:

   • Free users will have advertisements displayed in the bot posts within their groups.

2. Revenue Share:

   • For each advertisement displayed, 0xEngage will retain 30% of the revenue generated, and the remaining 70% will be distributed among the 1% holders.

3. Payout Frequency:

   • Revenue payouts will occur on a monthly basis.

4. Participating Criteria:

   • Any Telegram group using the free version of 0xEngage with advertisements will automatically participate in the revenue-sharing program.

5. Tracking and Reporting:

   • A transparent reporting system will be implemented, allowing group admins to track the revenue generated by advertisements in their groups.

Premium Version (No Advertisements):

1. Subscription Fee:

   • The premium version of 0xEngage will be available for a one-time payment of 0.3 ETH per group. This will be Injected into a treasury and paid out monthly to 1% Holders as Rev Share.

2. Ad-Free Experience:

   • Groups that opt for the premium version will enjoy an ad-free experience within their community.

3. Customization:

   • Premium users will have the privilege of customizing the bot's name and profile picture to align with the identity of their group.

4. Revenue Exclusivity:

   • Premium groups will not participate in the revenue-sharing model for advertisements, ensuring an entirely ad-free environment.

5. Support and Updates:

   • Premium users will receive prioritized support and access to all future updates and features.

6. Group Membership Transfer:

   • The premium status can be transferred to another group owned by the same user, allowing flexibility in managing premium features.

Additional Considerations:

1. Advertisement Content Approval:

   • 0xEngage reserves the right to review and approve advertisement content to maintain a standard and avoid inappropriate or misleading promotions.

2. User Agreement:

   • All participating groups, both free and premium, will need to adhere to the 0xEngage user agreement to ensure a positive and compliant environment.

3. Flexibility in Premium Pricing:

   • Consider offering tiered pricing for premium features if additional features are introduced in future updates.

4. Periodic Review:

   • Periodically review the revenue share model and premium features to adapt to the evolving needs of the community and market trends.
